Sourcing & Solutions Group (SSG)
We have created a new division of the company called Master Bolt Sourcing & Solutions Group (SSG).
This division picks up where Master Bolt's in house manufacturing capabilities leave off. We will work with our extensive network of global and domestic manufacturing partners to:
- Identify Cost Savings opportunities.
- Improve product quality.
- Re-shore products being made overseas to new domestic sources.
- Import items to bring costs down.
- Solve stock out issues, quality problems, or other supply Chain Issues, in urgent situations.
The SSG helps to make Master Bolt a more full-service supplier of fasteners,
engineered components, and fabricated assemblies.
Some added benefits:
- We can import blanks and modify them in house to reduce costs and ensure quality.
- If you are importing products, we may be able to back up the supply chain should any delivery issues arise.
- We have more opportunity to be price competitive. Provide us your targets and we will work toward the common goals.
